Sarvaank (operated by Sarvaank, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India) is a digital educational platform that provides online mock tests and practice assessments for competitive exam preparation (NEET, JEE, and other entrance exams). All our products are digital in nature and are delivered instantly via our online platform upon successful payment.
Digital Product - No Refund Policy
No Refunds on Digital Products
Since Sarvaank offers digital products (online mock tests, practice assessments, and related educational content), all sales are final. Once payment is successfully processed and access to the digital content is granted, no refunds will be provided. This is because the digital content is delivered and consumed instantly upon purchase, and it is not possible to "return" a digital product once accessed.
Instant Digital Delivery
All purchased tests and content are delivered instantly through your Sarvaank account immediately after successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment involved.
Exception: Technical Issues
When We May Provide a Refund
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances where the issue is on our end (technical fault):
- Payment was deducted but access to the purchased content was not granted due to a technical error on our platform.
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same product due to a system/payment gateway error.
- The purchased content is completely inaccessible due to a persistent platform-side technical failure that cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
Important Note
In most technical issue cases, our team will first attempt to resolve the issue and restore your access. A refund will only be processed if the technical issue cannot be resolved and the purchased content remains inaccessible.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not satisfied with the test content or difficulty level
- User's inability to access the platform due to their own internet, device, or browser issues
- Failure to use or complete the purchased test within the validity period
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Any reason other than a verified technical fault on our platform
Cancellation Policy
Before Payment Completion
You may cancel your purchase at any time before the payment is successfully completed. No charges will be applied for cancelled transactions.
After Payment Completion
Once payment is successfully processed and digital access is granted, cancellation is not possible as the digital content has already been delivered.
No Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees. If payment has not been completed, the transaction is simply voided at no cost.
How to Report a Technical Issue
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical issue on our platform, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at hello@sarvaank.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Technical Issue".
- Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and the test name.
- Describe the technical issue in detail, including screenshots if possible.
- Our team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 hours.
- If the refund is approved after verification, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
